Creating and sending orders via Cherry Pi is a straight forward process. This article focuses on creating multi-day orders. These are much like standing orders, allowing you to place multiple orders up to 4 weeks in advance. The creation of these work in the same way as a normal order, just with a few differences.

Searching For Products
To search and find your price managed items available for ordering, use the Search text field. You can search by product code or description. We recommend shortening the description slightly (eg. 'tom' if searching for Tomatoes).
NB. This field is not case sensitive.
The product search filters will also help you easily find your products. Use the Filter button to show/hide other filter options.
Building Orders
- Select the required delivery date before adding products to the basket
- Use the arrows to change weeks (if multiple weeks have been selected)
Click the green + button to add products to your basket. Once products have been added you will see your baskets to the right of the screen. Adding products from more than one supplier will create separate baskets.
Here, you can:
- Amend quantities by clicking the + or - button, or override the amount directly in the quantity field boxes
- Click the X to remove products from your basket(s)
- Click Full schedule to see an overview/make changes of baskets created for the delivery days/weeks
- Click Send All (located top-right) to finalise before sending your order(s)
NB. When selecting a delivery date that is not on a supplier schedule you will be blocked from adding those particular products.
Sending Orders
Within the Send your orders page, click on each order line to expand and view further details.
- Ensure your contact details are correct to help suppliers contact you regarding your order(s). You will be required to add a phone number for the first orders placed.
- Use the Notes field to enter information as a guidance for delivery drivers (this is a remembered field).
When ready click Send all to send every order in one go, or Send now to send these individually.
NB. Orders will be scheduled for delivery based on the baskets created against the selected delivery dates.
