Order Statuses

There are a number of Cherry Pi order statuses. Below is an overview of each to help gain a better understanding.

Simple

Building

Your order is still being created and has not yet been sent. Click Continue to carry on building and ensure you send the order before the supplier's cut off time.

Sent

Your order has now been sent but is Pending supplier download.

Supplier Received > Completed

Your order is now Complete, the supplier has downloaded your order and is processing it for delivery.

Advanced

Supplier Received > Book In

The supplier has now downloaded your order and is processing it for delivery. Once received, you need to Book in your order.

Booked In

The order has been fully Booked in and is now Complete.

Partial Book In

The order is only Part booked in and requires completion - select Book in to do this.

Approval Pending

Your order has been sent for approval and will need to be approved before being sent to the supplier - ensure that this is completed before the supplier's cut off time.

NB. Booking in orders requires access to Pi's Deliveries module.
Approving orders is an internal process and requires access to Pi's Piggybank module.
