This article will explain the different Supplier Reports that are available.

Getting Started
- Select the Intelligence module from the left-hand navigation bar
- Select Intelligence Home
- Choose the required report to view
You can also go directly into a supplier report by selecting Intelligence > Supplier > then choosing the report you require.
Spend Analysis
The Spend Analysis report shows spend based on the set search criteria. As spend grows overtime, this report can compare your current year spend with previous. Using the available drop-downs, you can view collated/individual spend in sum or detail for both site and supplier. Choosing to view in detail will show separate lines on the graph for the selected options:
Spend Drill-Down
The Spend Drill-Down report shows spend based on the search criteria, allowing the data to be broken down into set groups. Use the Group by drop-down to change how the data is split and use the Estimated spend feature to show estimated spend for the chosen date range:
