Booking In Of Your Orders
Adding notes against your delivery is a really good way to keep track of any issues and comments. You can add notes against specific delivered items, or as a header note for the whole delivery.

How To
Whilst creating a delivery...
- Select the speech bubble to the left of the product line
- Use the Select drop-down to choose a category for your note
- Add the note in the Description text field
- Click Add to save
You can also view and add notes via the Notes tab:
...leave the drop-down showing with None blank if adding a note against the whole invoice:
Contact the supplier directly to resolve any issues. Your Account Manager can also support.
Supplier Issues Tracking
Within Pi's Intelligence module, you can view the Supplier issues tracking report to see all historical notes added within Deliveries:
