Dashboard Overview
Use the New Delivery drop-down to book in a delivery via Cherry Pi order,  invoice (P2P/AIM only, or manually (recommended for your User-Managed Suppliers).

Use the various search tools to find current/historic deliveries.

Based on the search criteria, you can download a number of different reports.

The Nominal/Cost centre report will take you to the Deliveries coding report page. Here, you can run and download your coding data from all booked in deliveries based on your search criteria:
This report only applies if you are using Pi's Purchase Coding module. Contact the Pi Helpdesk for access to this.

Each delivery is displayed with information. Click on a delivery line to expand:

Viewing, Adjusting and Deleting

The magnifying glass located to the right of each line will allow you to view/adjust deliveries.

The red cross located to the right of each line will allow you to delete deliveries.

Having selected this option, you are prompted for confirmation before the deletion takes place.

If the delivery links to a Cherry Pi order, you will need to contact the Pi Helpdesk and request for the Cherry Pi order status to be reset before you are able to book this in again. Be sure to quote the Order ID when doing so.
