Use the drop-down list and choose to create a new recipe, new function or a new menu cycle.

Selection Tabs

Once recipes have been created, these tabs will provide further control for recipe and menu management.

Quick Search

Use the Search text field to find your recipes. This is not case sensitive.

Advanced Search

Select the Advanced search checkbox (to the right of the search field) to display a series of predefined filters that can be used to refine your search. These filters are drop-down lists, populated with data from your recipes configuration. Be sure to use the Clear filters button to clear all selected filters, ready for a fresh search.

Show Allergens/Nutrition

Select the Show allergens/nutrition checkbox to display indicators against each recipe, so you can see if allergen and nutritional information is available for ingredients within the recipe.

Full nutritional information is available for this recipe.
Full allergens information is available for this recipe.
These icons are faded if full nutritional and/or allergen information is not present.
Downloads

The Downloads drop-down will provide a number of different recipe downloads based on your search criteria. Upon selecting one of these, you will be provided with options that you can choose to include/exclude from your chosen download.

Recipe Items

Each recipe item is displayed with information and options, as per the below:

Recipe photographs will display if added into a recipe.
Recipe name is displayed, including the number of portions, the yield and associated menu.

Every recipe has it's own unique identifier assigned once saved.
This ID number can be used in searches, and may be requested by the Pi Helpdesk in the event of a query.
The tin can icon displays the number of ingredients included in a recipe.

The chef hat icon displays the number of sub-recipes included in a recipe.
If this icon does not show, there are no sub-recipes.

Displays the number of sites where a recipe is available.
This is best controlled by a user within the organisation who has access to all sites within the customer group.
The number of recipes a particular recipe is used as an ingredient (i.e. a sub-recipe).
If shown, click the associated arrow to view the recipe names. Recipe names shown are links - select them to access the associated recipe.

Select to edit a recipe.

Recipes can be locked for editing. Your profile setup will control your access and abilities to lock/unlock a recipe. If you do not have access to edit a recipe/the recipe is locked, this will show.

Icons provide access to additional options, as per below, going from left to right...

You will be prompted for confirmation before the deletion takes place.

At the very bottom of the Recipes page, there is an option to use the available Advanced tools. This allows you to hide/unhide all recipes in bulk.
Note that this will show for the organisation's SuperUsers only.
