Stock Management
Stock counting with Pi is super easy! It saves time and provides accurate data. You can easily build and maintain stock counting sheets, view accurate stock valuation when stock checks are complete, plus much more.

 | Here, you can:- Filter - use this text field to search
- Unallocated products - select this checkbox to view the number of unallocated products per site:
 To manage these alerts, products need to be marked as Stock Managed and assigned to a store(s), or marked as Not Stock Managed.

The Download drop-down allows you to view: - Summary - of all completed stock checks
- Coding summary - coding report based on your Purchase Coding set up and completed stock checks (to access, this needs to be added to your profile)
- Stock Discrepancy report - line report showing stock discrepancies (these are estimate values based on data input and Pi usage by your organisation users)

Going from left to right, this section shows:- Settings - the settings icon will allow you to change a site to Advanced mode
- Site - sites available to stock manage (this is dependant on the site access against your Pi login)
- Store count - the number of created stores within a site
- Alerts - identifies the number of unallocated products; the aim here is to have no alerts for your site (use the check box identified above to show alerts) - also identifies alerts for the advanced side of Pitstop
- Recent stock check - advises if a stock check has been completed, and if so will show the most recent stock check date
- Status - shows the progress of a stock check, a closed status with value, or will be blank if no stock check has been completed
- Select - click to get started
