Duplicating Lists

You can duplicate lists across sites within an organisation...dependant on two factors:

1. The site you are duplicating to has access to order the same products
2. There is not already another list against that site in the same name

NB. You will be alerted of reasons why a list cannot be duplicated. Any list amendments will only apply to the site you are updating the list within - all lists require site level management.

How To

1. Whilst building an order, select the Tools dropdown
2. Click Edit site settings
3. Select the required list
4. Click the Duplicate button
5. Amend the list name (if required)
6. Select the site to duplicate to
7. Click Create

NB. Contact the Pi Helpdesk if you cannot see the duplicate button.
