Booking In Of Your Orders
This article will explain partial book ins and how they can further help manage deliveries. An example of a Partial book in would be if you are short delivered of a product and are waiting for that missing item to be delivered before fully completing your delivery.

TABLE OF CONTENTS
Starting a Partial Book In
- Select the Cherry Pi module from the left-hand navigation bar
- Next to the search filters, click More to expand the search functions
- Use the Order Status drop-down and choose Pending Delivery (Book in)
- From the list of Cherry Pi orders due to be booked in, find your order and click Book in to start
- Make sure a Delivery date (and time) has been entered (if your Expected delivery date has passed you will need to manually add the Delivery date, alternatively, if booking in on the Expected delivery date this will automatically be assigned)
- If the Expected and Delivered quantities differ, ensure this is logged when creating the delivery (by changing the Delivered quantity the Finalised checkbox will automatically uncheck)
- When ready, click Save changes
- Due to the product line not being finalised, a pop-up box will appear to confirm the Partial book-in - click Continue to proceed
Notes can be added to the delivery - doing so is a good way of keeping internal logs. View the Adding Delivery Notes article to learn more.
