Viewing, Adjusting and Deleting Deliveries

Deliveries

Booking In Of Your Orders


This article will help you to view and adjust existing deliveries.


Viewing & Adjusting

  1. Select the Deliveries module from the left-hand navigation bar
  2. Select Deliveries List
  3. Use the search features to help find deliveries
  4. Click the magnifying glass located to the right to view/amend a delivery
  5. Complete any amendments (if required)
  6. Click Save changes to complete

Deleting

  1. Select the Deliveries module from the left-hand navigation bar
  2. Select Deliveries List
  3. Use the search features to help find deliveries
  4. Click the red cross located to the right to delete
  5. You will be prompted for confirmation before the deletion takes place
If the delivery links to a Cherry Pi order, you will need to contact the Pi Helpdesk and request for the Cherry Pi order status to be reset before you are able to book this in again. Be sure to quote the Order ID when doing so.
