Booking In Of Your Orders

Advanced Stock |
| Booking in deliveries helps when it comes to stock control within Pi's Pitstop module. Whilst booking in products, the Delivered stock units column will identify products that are currently being stock managed within the relevant site. Stock units against product lines currently being stock managed will automatically update when a delivery is saved. Clicking the not stock managed settings button will move a product to a stock managed status, ready to be allocated to a Pitstop store:

Accruals Reporting |
| Booking in deliveries can help provide more accurate accruals in the Accruals analysis report within Pi's Intelligence module. This report works best when using Purchase Coding:

Pinpoint Booking in deliveries can help track financial performance through Pi's Pinpoint module. Based on the report period and set up, delivery spend can be tracked. You have to be using Purchase Coding to use this flash reporting:

Purchase-to-Pay |
| Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) is dependable on the suppliers you use and your finance set up. If you are interested in this advanced side of Pi's Finance module, contact your Account Manager. Pi's Deliveries and Cherry Pi modules are essential in order for P2P to work. Booking in deliveries helps Pi to match invoiced lines vs ordered vs delivered. It will then show disputed lines in the AIM tab within the invoice itself:
