Pi
Powerful Tools At Your Fingertips
A SuperUser has the ability to add new Pi users within the organisation, plus amend existing. They can only give access up to the same permissions to which they themselves have. For example, if a SuperUser does not have access to Piranha, they cannot give this module to another user. Similarly, if they do not have access to all sites within their Customer Group, they cannot give another user access to the sites they don't have.

If onboarding via email, the user will receive an email containing a link to Pi. From there, they can enter their email address and create their own password to complete set up. This can be actioned via any form of device (smartphone, tablet, etc). Once an email invite has been sent, the status of the user will show to reflect this. Using the Actions drop-down, you can re-send, if required. If a user's status is showing as Not using Pi yet, choose Send invite email from the Actions drop-down to prompt them to complete their set up. Invites expire after 24 hours, of which the status will update to reflect this. You will have to re-send the invite again for the user to complete setup.
Organisation Logo
Having the ability to add organisation logos help to personalise Pi. Once logos have been added, you can choose a default logo for existing/new users:
Site Groups
You can create site groups and assign these to your users, providing them the ability to switch between groups as they use Pi. You will need Super powers to use this feature (contact the Pi Helpdesk to request for this to be added to your profile):
