This feature enables you to configure when your stock checks occur. You can allow users to choose your stock check dates, or force them to select from a pre-defined list of dates.

- Select Account from the left-hand navigation bar
- Select Settings
- Select Stock check settings

How does your organisation work? |
If your organisation has no defined time frames for stock checks to be completed, leave this as the defaulted option - Users can choose any date for a stock check. |
If your organisation works under a more refined structure, choose Users must select from pre-defined dates. By doing this, you can force your own list of dates for stock checks to occur. |
As a default, the maximum number of days before and after a stock count can be started are pre-selected (as shown above). You can amend these or leave blank if there's no limit. |
Pre-Defined Dates
If selecting the option Users must select from pre-defined dates, you can start adding those dates following the steps below...
- Select Add date
- Using the calendar icon, choose the date and time of when a stock check should occur
- When ready, click Add
Set dates will be shown and can be edited and/or deleted.
When a user starts a new stock check, they will be advised of the next pre-defined stock check date/time requirements:
