  2. Click Select on the site you would like to access

Review Stock Checks

  1. Use the Tools drop-down and select Review stock checks

The Review Stock Checks page provides a stock check history, including a line graph and details for each closed stock check:

Summary & Store Detail

Within Review Stock Checks use the Download drop-downs to the right of each closed stock count. Choose from two different available reports. Both will download in Excel formats.

  • Summary - consolidated detailed report, including product line count and total valuation
  • Store detail - detailed report split per store, including product line count and total valuation

Stock Check Analysis

Within Review Stock Checks you can view the Stock Check Analysis report by clicking the Analyse button to the right of each closed stock count. This report allows you to analyse stock lines within the reporting period, based on the opening quantity from the previous stock check and the closing quantity from the most recent. Movements can be tracked and discrepancies identified by taking into account recorded deliveries via Pi's Deliveries module. Using the advanced side of Pitstop will allow the added benefits of tracking movements through recorded wastage, transfers and sales. When using this report, it will automatically show for the advanced side. This can be changed if you do require a more basic view by deselecting the Advanced check box under Mode:

If using Pi's Purchase Coding module, you can also view a coding summary based on the stock check period.

Stock Estimate Report

  1. Use the Tools drop-down and select Stock estimate report

If you're looking for a theoretical report for your products, this report will help. Taking into account the closing counts and any stock movements, this can provide you with estimates on stock counts and values:

Organisation Reports

To view and download organisation stock count reports...

Coding Summary

Stock Discrepancy

This report shows products across all sites with the largest stock discrepancies (top 100 sorted by total discrepancy). This is based on the most recently closed stock checks for each site. These are estimated values based on data input and Pi usage by organisation users.

Stock Wastage Tracking

Within Pi's Intelligence module, you can view the Stock wastage tracking report. This covers product wastage for all sites based on your Pi log in. Advanced Pitstop is required to benefit from this report:
