Restrict users to only be able to order from assigned lists. Setting up restricted users will stop them from ordering items they shouldn't under a shared account.

Restricted Users
Your organisation's SuperUser(s) can edit a user's profile through the User Management section. When editing a user, within the Permissions tab, select Cherry Pi and ensure the checkbox for Restricted user is ticked. Alternatively, the Pi Helpdesk can change a user's setting for you.
Applying Restricted Users to List(s)
- Whilst building an order, select the Tools dropdown
- Click Edit site settings
- Select the required list
- Use the Users dropdown to choose a restricted user(s) to apply to that list
NB. To remove a restricted user from a list, follow the steps above and unselect their name.
