Lists

Lists are not only useful they are real time savers too, making them one of the many great features available. Plus, you can create multiple lists with no limit to the number of products assigned.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Creating Lists

  1. Whilst building an order, select the Tools dropdown
  2. Click Edit site settings
  3. Click Add a list and enter the list name
  4. Click the x icon to close

NB. A note for SuperUsers: lists can be used to restrict what can be ordered. Take a look at the Restricting Users to List(s) article to learn more.

Adding Products

  1. Use the search features to find your products
  2. Select the settings icon
  3. Select the checkboxes against the list(s) the product is to be added to (the filter option can help you find a list)
  4. Click the x icon or just outside the box to close

NB. Products in lists will show a pink star. Hovering over the star will tell you how many lists the product sits in.

NB. Lists are visible to all users with access to the site. A product can be added to multiple lists, and products from different suppliers can reside under a single list.

Removing Products

  1. Follow the same steps to add products
  2. Unselect the checkboxes against the list(s) the product is to be removed from (the filter option can help you find a list)
  3. Click the x icon or just outside the box to close

NB. Products not in lists will show a grey star.

Ordering From Lists

  1. Click the My lists dropdown
  2. Select the list you wish to order from
  3. Click Add all to basket to add one of each item (or use the green + button to individually add the required products)
  4. Adjust the basket(s) where necessary

Managing Lists

i. Sorting Products

  1. Select the Tools dropdown
  2. Click Edit site settings
  3. Select the required list
  4. Click Products
  5. Select to sort alphabetically
  6. Click Save

NB. You can also drag and drop products to re-order.

ii. Enabling & Disabling

  1. Select the Tools dropdown
  2. Click Edit site settings
  3. Select the required list
  4. Use the Enabled checkbox to enable (tick) or disable (untick) the chosen list

iii. Contract Price

  1. Select the Tools dropdown
  2. Click Edit site settings
  3. Select the required list
  4. Select the Contract Price checkbox
  5. When viewing products in a list, non-contract products will show as hidden

NB. This feature keeps lists updated based on your managed contracted price file. If a product is removed from your price file it will no longer be available to order within that list. If a product is added back onto your price file it will become available to order again (without you having to re-add it to the list).
